GnoSys is a shortened version of Gnostic Systems.  It also is representative of the word & concept of "gnosis".  The etymological root of gnosis comes from the ancient Greek word γνῶσις (gnôsis, “knowledge”).

Dictionary.com defines gnosis thusly:

gnosis - [noh-sis] - noun

1 - knowledge of spiritual matters; mystical knowledge. 

Gnostic is simply the adjective form of gnosis. So, a gnostic system could be defined as any system, method, protocol, etc that is based on spiritual or mystical principles, such as:  care for the environment; care for the customers of our company, as well as the employees; sourcing materials from other proactive, forward-thinking people & companies; and so on.  It represents an elevated form of consciousness (the culmination being enlightenment).  Simply put a gnostic system is a methodology which is guided by love, & the offspring of love, such as compassion, concern, growth, inspiration, courage, wisdom, friendliness, strength, determination, humility, healthiness, persistence, patience, & helpfulness. 

The phrase "Work is Love made visible" is a line from a book written by Khalil Gibran entitled The Prophet.  It is a beautiful maxim which succinctly conveys a deeper truth, a truth that is a beacon & a guiding light for any gnostic system.  The converse of this statement is true as well: Work is the absence of Love made visible.  Unfortunately, in this day & age the converse saying about the absence of Love seems to be an accurate reflection of our reality more often than Mr. Gibran's enigmatic adage that Work is Love made visible. What we produce, how we produce it, & how we conduct ourselves reflects who we are.  In this dual-natured reality the polar opposites which are the sponsoring thought of every decision, & therefore every action, are Love & Fear, ie Growth & Death.  The goal of everyone at GnoSys LLC is to make the sponsoring thought of every decision, & therefore every action, to be one of Love.  We seek to demonstrate Mr. Gibran's wise truth that indeed Work is Love made visible.
